Free Shipping

  • Applies only to contiguous 48 states (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands).
  • Does not apply to very heavy items or those with special shipping requirements.

Domestic Shipping

  • Available to all 50 states (shipping costs apply to HI, AK, PR, VI).
  • Canadian provinces (except NT, NU, YT) are served at higher rates due to distance and customs fees.
  • Oversized/heavy items can only be shipped to the contiguous 48 states.
  • Signature may be required for some orders.

International Shipping

  • Customer is fully responsible for all costs, including:
    • Freight
    • Duties/fees/taxes
    • Additional import fees
  • Main Mat cannot determine these fees – contact your local customs office for details.

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • If provided incorrectly after order is shipped, a $25 fee applies for changes.
  • If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for both return and reshipment freight costs.

  • Main Mat will try to provide tracking information.
